Frostlink Mechanical Dock Shelter is engineered to provide high-level sealing between the building opening and various truck types. It effectively reduces energy consumption while significantly improving the working environment at the loading bay. Its unique pressure-reduction design minimizes friction between the shelter and truck body, greatly extending the service life of the fabric.
Particularly suitable for warehouses with strict insulation requirements where insects, dust, and rainwater must be prevented from entering. The shelter consists of front sealing curtains (one top + two side panels) made of 3mm double-layer high-density black polyester fiber with yellow warning strips, and 1mm side sealing curtains. The entire frame is constructed from galvanized steel tubes and aluminum alloy with spring-balanced anti-impact design.
Effectively seals the gap between truck and dock, significantly reducing cold air loss and energy consumption while improving the working environment around the loading bay.
Special inflatable structure minimizes friction between the shelter and truck body during docking and undocking, effectively protecting the fabric and extending the overall service life of the dock shelter.
Front curtains use 3.0 mm double-layer high-density polyester with yellow warning strips; side curtains are 0.9 mm thick. The material offers excellent tear and tensile strength.
Main frame made of AL6063 aluminum alloy (3.0 mm) and ≥2.0 mm galvanized steel with spring-balanced design, providing strong impact resistance and reliable operation in demanding loading environments.

The embedded track core with lifting block mechanism is sourced from proven international design standards. It minimizes friction and ensures smooth, stable sliding even for heavier panels, providing effortless daily operation and ultra-quiet performance in noise-sensitive environments.
Each part — from aluminum profiles and hardware to EPDM gaskets and polyurethane foam — undergoes strict multi-stage inspection, including dimensional accuracy, surface treatment, sealing compression, and thermal performance testing, guaranteeing consistent quality and reliability.
Doors are 100% built-to-order: exact size, thickness (75–200 mm), panel material (color steel, stainless steel, embossed aluminum), opening direction, hardware configuration, heating system, and optional accessories are all customizable to perfectly match your project requirements.
Standardized production processes combined with efficient supply chain management enable short lead times (typically 4–8 weeks depending on customization). We also provide detailed installation guides, on-site training, and optional professional installation supervision to ensure correct setup and optimal performance.
Every door comes with a full 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all models, offering long-term availability (5+ years) for tracks, seals, hardware, and other components, minimizing future downtime and maintenance costs.
